Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurses

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for two band 6 community psychiatric nurses to fill a full-time role in Bristol.

The pay rate for these locum CPN jobs is £26.64 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Days, £34.63 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Nights and Saturdays and £42.62 (LTD Company Equivalent) for Sundays and Bank Holidays. This job are initial 3-month contracts.

There is a requirement of late shifts until 8.00pm and weekend work on a rotational basis ( 2 late shifts per month weekend working every 6 weeks but this can vary according to demand)

Responsibilities of the CPNs:
- To carry a caseload of service users with complex mental health problems.

Requirements of the CPNs:
- Valid NMC registration under mental health
- Experience in working in a community mental health setting is essential
- A degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
- Need skills in care coordination, CPA, risk assessment, MAPPA, safeguarding, therapeutic intervention skills, current experience in a community mental health setting
- Need to be registered with a professional body. Ideally need a male mental health nurse.
