Sanctuary Health has job vacancies for Band 5 / 6 / 7Physiotherapists to work within different teams in Berkshire on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for these locum physiotherapist jobs is £27 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and are initial 3-month contracts.

Working as a band 6/7 physiotherapist, you will be within a community learning disability service which is based in Reading. For this role, you ideally need relevant learning disability and/or community experience, but it's not essential.

For the Band 5 role, you will be working within an Inpatients Rehab Unit, which is based in Reading. As part of this role, you are required to:
- Provide high quality, responsive physiotherapy services working as an integral member of inpatient multi-disciplinary teams (MDT)
- Work closely with social services and voluntary organisations for adults with a wide range of complex and highly complex physical impairments, mental health conditions.
- Work within organisations which include case conferences and discharge planning and should ensure that all highly complex patient information is managed professionally with consideration for patient confidentiality and in line with data protection guidelines.

Requirements of the physiotherapists:
- Degree or equivalent within physiotherapy
- HCPC registered as a physiotherapist
- Car driver essential
