    Description

    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 5 community staff nurse to work in Saffron Walden.

    The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of nursing and be registered with the NMC.

    The pay rate for this locum nurse job is £19.04 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the nurse:
    - Take responsibility for a patient or a defined group of patients within their own homes or elsewhere as defined by the senior nurse
    - Undertale comprehensive nursing assessments to identify the patients physical and environmental needs
    - Plans, evaluates and priorities intervention and care for patients within your sphere of responsibility
    - Leads the clinical nursing management of the caseloads most dependent patients. Determines in liaison with the senior nurse the frequency, type and monitors the efficacy of patient care offered
    - Regularly review caseload patient care, informing the senior nurse of any changes made
    - Establish priorities in your workload - organising your workload to make effective use of time
    - Act up in the senior nurse's absence
    - Responsible for the delivery of nursing car for a geographical area including weekends and evenings

    Requirements of the nurse:
    - An in date DBS is required for all roles/work
    - RGN qualified
    - NMC qualified
