    Are you wanting to further your nursing career with a new role in Birmingham?

    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 RMN to fill a full-time role working in Birmingham.

    The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.

    The pay rate for this RMN job is £18.89 - £30.23 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Responsibilities of the RMN:
    - Plan the delivery of patient care and take responsibility for implementing and evaluating that care, using an appropriate nursing model
    - Provide advice and education to patients, staff and learners within the directorate as required. To develop communication networks across specialities and throughout the multi-disciplinary team
    - Prioritise own workload and of those working with them such as learners and healthcare assistants. When in charge of the ward know how to delegate what staff to what duties and ensure the smooth running of the ward

    Requirements of the RMN:
    - Degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
    - NMC registration and a valid live pin
    - NHS experience as a Band 5 RMN
    - Ward experience
    - MAPA trained
