Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 5 RMN to fill a full-time role in Lincolnshire.

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health nursing and be registered with the NMC.

The pay rate for this RMN job is £14.81 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Weekdays, £18.17 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Nights and Saturdays, £22.18 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Sundays and Bank Holidays, and is an initial 3-month contract.

- The post holder will be responsible for assessing care needs, and the planning, delivery and evaluation of individual care.
- Contribute to the continuing development of nursing care
- The service will be actively involved in the prevention of inappropriate medical admissions by ensuring a high quality of assessment and support services are available to support patients in the most appropriate environment
- To be responsible for assessing care needs, and the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care using flexible and innovative, research-based effective practice that demonstrates improvement in patient care.
- To be aware of budgetary implications when planning care.
- Liaise and communicate with other members of the multi-disciplinary team
- To act as a health educator, ensuring that patients and their carers have an understanding of their illness.

Requirements of the RMN:
- Degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- NHS experience as a Band 5 RMN
