Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 5 RMN to fill a full-time role in Warwich. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health nursing and be registered with the NMC.

The pay rate for this RMN job is £18.89 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for weekdays, £24.56 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Saturdays and nights and £30.23 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour for Sundays and Bank Holidays and is an initial 3-month contract.

Sanctuary are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse for a contract opportunity in Warwick in a female treatment ward.

Duties include:
- To act as the 'named nurse' for a specific group of patients and take responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of their nursing care needs.
- To work effectively with other members of the multi-professional team in the planning, delivery and evaluation of care
- To observe, report and record changes in the patient's physical and mental health wellbeing and ensure timely escalation to appropriate members of the multi-professional team where this is required.

Requirements of the RMN:
- Degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- NHS experience as a Band 5 RMN
