    Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to fill a full-time role in a dementia ward based in Exeter. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.

    The pay rates for this RMN job is £21.37 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) for weekday shifts, £27.79 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) for Night and Saturday shifts and £34.20 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) for Sunday and Bank Holiday shifts. This is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the RMN:
    - Responsible for the provision and maintenance of effective therapeutic relationships, which at all times acknowledges the rights, personal dignity and encourages opportunity for growth and development of the person using this service
    - Provide cross cover to other mental health units located on the same site when there is a clinical need
    - Work in line with agreed safeguarding protocols at all times
    - Work to the NICE and NMC Guidelines and Standards

    Requirements of the RMN:
    - Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
    - NMC registration and a valid live pin
    - NHS experience as a Band 5 RMN
    - Must have knowledge and experience of providing individual and group clinical/therapy work
    - To be a proactive, skilled member of the ward Multi-Disciplinary team
