    Band 6 Acute Speech and Language Therapist

    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 6 acute speech and language therapist to work full time in Ealing. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of speech and language therapy and be registered with the HCPC.

    The pay rate for this locum speech and language therapist job is to be confirmed and is an initial 3 month contract.

    Responsibilities of the Speech and Language Therapist:
    - To be accountable for own professional action and recognise own professional boundaries.
    - To work independently within defined departmental and national protocols/policies and professional code of conduct.
    - To identify and attend relevant training and development in line with appraisal and service needs relating to clinical specialism.
    - To keep up to date with new developments within a clinical specialism, at a specialist level, through attendance at relevant SIGs and other training.

    Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist:
    - Degree or equivalent within speech and language therapist
    - HCPC registered as a therapist
    - Recent post qualifying experience working as a therapist
