Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist
Permanent | Bromley | Salary of £30,549 - £40,104 per annum

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a band 6 speech and language therapist to work full time within a private company in Bromely. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,549 - £40,104 per annum.

Responsibilities of the speech and language therapist:
- To develop and provide a specialist speech and language therapy service to patients referred with acquired communication disorders and adults with swallowing problems.
- To make a differential diagnosis including complex cases based on evidence from assessment, leading to decisions about intervention/treatment.
- To make specialist clinical decisions following the assessment of complex cases
- To negotiate and work closely with clients, carers , other professionals and families agreeing decision- making and prioritisation relevant to the patient/client's management, devising agreed care plans based on best practise, for more complex cases

Requirements of the speech and language therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within speech and language therapist
- HCPC registered as a therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a speech and language therapist
