    Do you want to spend the Summer working in Sunny Blackpool?

    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to work full-time in a Children's Adolescent Mental Health Team based in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health nursing and be registered with the NMC.

    This is an opportunity to enjoy the Summer working in Blackpool whilst earning a great hourly rate of £25-£31 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent). Blackpool is a seaside resort and is best known for the iconic Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

    Duties:
    - As a Senior CAMHS Practitioner, you will be expected to play a key role within the mental health care provision for children and young people across the Fylde and Wyre footprint.
    - As part of a multi-disciplinary CAMHs team delivering high quality service provision that promotes and improves the mental health and well-being of children and young people.
    - This role includes being able to complete comprehensive assessments of young people and creating and delivering evidence-based care plans to address the presenting needs.
    - You will be expected to complete self-harm assessments for young people deemed a risk to themselves and collaboratively implement robust risk management plans with the systems around the family.
    - Referral triaging is a key element to this role; ensuring that young people are signposted, where necessary to our partner agencies for further support.
    - Working as part of a multi-agency team is paramount and there is the expectation that staff will actively work alongside others to ensure best care is provided for the young people and families.
    - You will be required to co-work effectively with colleagues and maintain good clinical records and data collection.

    Requirements of the CAMHS practitioner:
    - Degree or equivalent in mental health nursing
    - Current NMC registration
    - Significant NHS experience as a CAMHS practitioner
    - Driving licence and access to a vehicle, while useful to this role, is not essential.
    - You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am-7pm.
