    Are you wanting to further your nursing career with a new role in Basildon?

    Sanctuary Health are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to fill a full-time role in a First Response Team in Basildon. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Mental Health Nursing and be registered with the NMC.

    The pay rate for this CPN job is £25.25 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

    Requirements of the CPN:
    - Degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN/CPN trained)
    - NMC registration and a valid live pin
    - NHS experience as a CPN

    Responsibilities of the CPN:
    - To provide a wide range of high quality community care services which will enable people to lead as independent a life as possible, and have meaningful choices.
    - The post holder carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for service users who are referred to the Community Mental Health Team for Assessment/Treatment.
    - They will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team and work in close co-operation with hospital based and primary health care based professionals.
