    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a band 6 community psychiatric nurse to fill a full-time role in Dorking.

    The pay rate for this locum CPN job is £24.56 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

    - You must be able to carry out Duty worker role with a busy Community mental health team.
    - Complete CPA for patients under CPA.
    - Able to carry out robust risk assessments and provide patients with clear care planning process.
    - Carry out Initial assessments.
    - Liaise with other SABP services such as acute wards, Liaison Psychiatry, Home Treatment and other external agencies such as Police, housing and Surrey Council Children services
    - Adhere to ensuring relevant data quality sets are completed in timely manner.

    Requirements of the CPN:
    - Valid NMC registration under mental health
    - Experience in working in a community mental health setting is essential
    - A degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN Trained)
    - Use of System 1 will be essential
