Sanctuary Health has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Physiotherapist job to work in Belfast in an Elderly Care Programme.

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Physiotherapist job is negotiable and is an initial 3-month contract.

Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy.
- HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist.
- Car driver essential.

Responsibilities of the Physiotherapist:
- To prioritise, assess and manage own patient caseload demonstrating specialised skills at a level appropriate to grade and ability to work without direct supervision.
- To practice in accordance with the standards of clinical practice and professional conduct and contribute to the promotion of evidence based practice
- To assist and supervise where required, less experienced staff in the day to day management of their caseload
- To contribute to the development and implementation of departmental clinical policies and practices.
