    Band 7 Clinical Site Coordinator
    Permanent | Guernsey | Salary from £36,000 - £48,000 per annum

    Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy based in Guernsey for a Band 7 Clinical Site Coordinator. We are looking for a Clinical Site professional to co-ordinate services, initially during the night, weekends and public holidays with occasional week days, across an Acute Services site.

    Responsibilities of the Band 7 Clinical Site Coordinator:
    - Overseeing acutely unwell and deteriorating patients across the hospital and making primary assessments, instigating emergency treatments and liaising with critical care and medical teams.
    - To maximise the efficient and effective utilisation of the hospital beds by co-ordinating transfer of critically ill patients within the hospital and coordinate off island transfers.

    The salary for this role is £36,000 - £48,000 per annum.

    We offer a full relocation package which includes interview and relocation travel, this is in addition to our competitive pay, annual bonus and our additional bonus scheme of £3,000, payable after two and four years.  Furthermore we offer either subsidised accommodation or an 8 year permit to rent or buy property privately with financial assistance plus much more!

    Requirements of the Band 7 Clinical Site Coordinator:
    - NMC registration
    - Previous experience at Band 7
    - Evidence of managing and improving the patient experience
