Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to work in Coventry. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Speech and Language Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum Speech and Language Therapist job is £27.47 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 6 month contract.

Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy.
- HCPC registered as a therapist.
- Member of the Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists
- Post graduate training in paediatric dysphagia OR evidence of completion of paediatric dysphagia competencies.
- Evidence of Neonatal Competencies/ experience in working with neonatal population in the community
- Must be able to demonstrate experience in working with children and young people with dysphagia

Responsibilities of the Speech and Language Therapist:
-To carry out clinical assessment and management of children and young people's needs and to plan and implement packages of care accordingly.
- To support the child, family and carers holistically, in response to their specific needs, maximising their independence and quality of life.
