Band 8a Clinical Pathway Lead
Permanent |Westminster| Salary of £55,000 per annum

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 8a clinical pathway lead to work in Westminster. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the clinical pathway lead:
- To ensure that staff working within the pathway provide effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care that meets professional and organisational quality standards.
- To ensure that the team has adequate nursing and therapy staff rostered on duty with the appropriate skills to safely meet the needs of patients

Requirements of the clinical pathway lead:
- To be registered with HCPC as a psychologist and maintain good CPD standards
- CBT training
