Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy based in Stocksbridge for a Business Support Manager to work for a private company in Darlington, Neasham.

The salary for this role is £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

Responsibilities of the Business Support Manager:
- You will be reporting to the Divisional Managing Director your key function will be the improvement of quality and operating compliance with all regulatory and company requirements throughout several services.
- Monthly reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company quality compliance requirements,
- Support coaching and development of Service Managers to deliver excellence for the people support and command success on agreed target.

Requirements of the Business Support Manager:
- NMC registration.
- Previous experience within a similar role - business support provision.
- Experience of working with residents with various health needs.
- Degree within learning disability nursing or mental health nursing.
