    Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Clinical Quality Manager to work based in Rotherham. The salary for this role is £50,000 per annum.

    Responsibilities of the Clinical Quality Manager:
    - Under take regulatory type inspections as directed by the compliance manager.
    - Work collaboratively with the Senior Operational Team and Quality and Compliance team to support, guide and assess services that have quality issues.
    - Support and advise Senior Operational Managers with any regulatory submissions and challenges.
    - Support RCA reporting and ensure the follow up of recommended actions in the operational line.
    - Undertake inspections and governance audits of services as required.
    - Assist with the development of quality policies and procedures, quality tools, audit materials and Service User information materials.
    - Liaise with external agencies such as quality regulators, safeguarding leads, local authorities, CCGs, Health Watch, and other stakeholders to assist with quality improvement as required.

    Requirements of the Clinical Quality Manager:
    - NMC registered as an RGN, RMN or RNLD
    - Degree or equivalent in nursing
    - Previous management experience would be essential
    - An understanding of the UK regulatory framework and experience working with regulators and safeguarding teams.
