Sanctuary Health is currently looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to in Basingstoke.

The pay rate for this role is £23.89 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3-month contract.

The role purpose is to provide recovery based community mental health services within a multidisciplinary team to adult individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs referred to the Community Mental Health Team. This role, in collaboration with referred individuals and where appropriate family or carers, will coordinate and provide recovery focussed assessments, risk formulations, care planning, crisis and contingency planning, evidence based interventions, response, reviews, reports, discharge planning and attendance at appropriate meetings. The role further includes acting as clinical and case management supervisor and mentor.

Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse:
- Valid NMC registration under Mental Health
- Experience working within a similar role would be highly desirable
- A degree or equivalent within Mental Health Nursing (RMN trained)
