Permanent | Hounslow | Salary of £31,794 - £38,994 per annum

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 6/7occupational therapist to work in Hounslow for a private company.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £31,794 - £38,994 per annum.

- To manage a caseload of clients, including those with complex needs and high levels of risk, who have requested adaptations to their homes.
- Undertake timely assessments, in the clients homes to determine their needs and eligibility for services. Produce detailed recommendations for minor and major adaptations to homes.
- The role will promote independence through the recommendation and provision of a range of measures that will also seek to prevent further deterioration because of existing ailments
- To prioritise clients with urgent needs requiring specialist assessments.

Responsibilities and requirements of the occupational therapist:
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team which provides service to people who have Learning Disability with health care or psychiatric needs
- Providing clinical evidence based Occupational therapy service to our patients
