Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse - CAMHS and Learning Disability Unit.

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated RMN/RNLD to fill a full-time role in Blandford.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health/learning disability nursing and be registered with the NMC.

The pay rates for this role are:
£24.82 p/h Days
£28.54 p/h Nights/Saturdays
£32.27 p/h Sundays/Bank Holiday

Duties include:
- Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary context whilst maintaining the unique perspective and contribution of mental health nursing
- Provide specialist mental health nursing input for service users with learning disability and additional mental health needs
- Liaise with, advice and support carers, community-based mental health workers, in-patient services, support workers and primary health care team members
- Ensure that all service users have documented service/care plans which are reviewed and evaluated on a regular basis and that the service users have copies of these plans
- Deal proactively and effectively with suggestions and complaints from patients and their families / carers
- Work in accordance with safeguarding adult and children policies and requirements

Requirements of the RMN/RNLD:
- Degree or equivalent within mental health nursing/learning disability nursing
- NMC registration and a valid live pin
- Experience as an RMN/RNLD
