    Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse

    Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated band 5 RMN/RNLD to fill a full-time role in Lewisham. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of mental health nursing and be registered with the NMC.

    The pay rate for this RMN/RNLD job is £23.38 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour

    Duties include:
    - Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary context whilst maintaining the unique perspective and contribution of mental health nursing
    - Provide specialist mental health nursing input for service users with learning disability and additional mental health needs
    - Liaise with, advice and support carers, community-based mental health workers, in-patient services, support workers and primary health care team members
    - Ensure that all service users have documented service/care plans which are reviewed and evaluated on a regular basis and that the service users have copies of these plans

    Requirements of the RMN/RNLD:
    - Degree or equivalent within mental health nursing (RMN trained)
    - NMC registration and a valid live pin
    - NHS experience as a Band 5 RMN
