    Description

    Sanctuary Health has a permanent job vacancy for a Staff Nurse (RGN) for a private company based in Oxfordshire

    The salary for this role is £39,312 to £41,496 per annum

    Responsibilities of the staff nurse:
    - To manage communication with all residents, relatives, staff, other professionals and involved in the care of the residents.
    - To assess, develop, implement and evaluate individualised resident care, ensuring consultation with and involvement from residents, GP's, relatives and carers.
    - To participate fully in the overall care of the residents as per the personal plan, ensuring all records are accurate and thorough in accordance with registration and legal requirements.
    - Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and free from hazards and conform to health, safety and security legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines
    - To be responsible for the safe administration of drugs in accordance with company policy. Infection Prevention and Control
    - To be accountable and responsible for adhering to Standard Infection Prevention and Control precautions ensuring the Home Manager is informed of any infections as per policy and procedure.

    Requirements of the staff nurse:
    - 1st or 2nd Level registration
    - Valid NMC PIN Number
    - ENB998 and/or 941 or D32/D33 and/or A1/A2
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Ability to motivate and delegate effectively
    - Professionally Accountable to the Head Nurse
