Are you interested in joining a fast-paced, vibrant, occupational therapies service in Falkirk?

Sanctuary Health is currently looking for experienced and dedicated social services occupational therapist to work on a full-time basis in Slough. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of occupational therapy and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this locum occupational therapist job is £30 (LTD Company Equivalent) per hour and is an initial 3-month contract.

Responsibilities of the occupational therapist:
- Work as a member of the community-based team
- Use OT expertise to assess, implement, evaluate and review community care plans for service users and carers, enabling them to achieve maximum independence in their own homes, within the context of relevant legislation and departmental responsibilities
- Work with identified service users where there is a possibility of reducing an existing POC, from tow to one carers

Requirements of the occupational therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within occupational therapy
- HCPC registered as an occupational therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an occupational therapist
