Our staff are sympathetic to the complex, challenging and sensitive work delivered by our clients and candidates and how it makes a difference to thousands of people receiving healthcare in the UK. This is why each of our employees is passionate about supporting those we work with and truly cares about their individual role in this.

We realise that the professionals we place will understand the pressures and constraints facing the health sectors better than anyone and are therefore best placed to identify the changes needed. This is why we have set up an  investment fund to support those with innovative approaches to practice.

At Sanctuary, we pride ourselves on being open and honest and providing realistic solutions. We only put suitable candidates forward for a job. Where we have identified areas for improvement on a candidate’s CV, we have offered additional training to boost their prospects and ensure they meet our clients’ specific requirements.

Our staff work in an open office environment where everyone is approachable. We aim to offer the same support for both our clients and candidates – our consultants are always on hand to discuss any issues or queries and our Managing Director, James Rook, is always interested to hear from you!
